Hey! I’m Ashlyn Turner, 20 years old and I own done darlin’ hair salon. I absolutely love being behind the salon chair—it’s where I feel the most confident and creative. Whether I’m perfecting my current skills or learning something new, I’m always eager to grow and keep up with the ever-evolving beauty world.

Outside of the salon, I like to stay active and have fun! You’ll often find me going on runs, playing pickleball, or taking drives with a good playlist. I also love spending time with my friends and family, and I can never resist a funny Instagram reel or TikTok that gets me laughing. I’m all about good vibes, great hair, and making people feel their best!

Hi Y’all! I’m Taryn Roy, a Kansas City hairstylist with a big love for all things hair. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping clients bring their hair goals to life—it’s truly what I love to do. I enjoy working hard, staying creative, and making every person who sits in my chair feel confident and cared for.

Outside of the salon, you’ll probably find me at the lake, hanging with friends, spending time with my family, or catching up on some much-needed sleep. I love trying new foods, taking spontaneous road trips, having long talks that go late into the night, and of course, scrolling endlessly through TikTok for inspiration and laughs.

I’m so excited to meet new clients, build lasting connections, and continue chasing my dreams one hairstyle at a time!
